I totally agree with you about that. Before I started with this program I was the exact same way. There was always something more important that I could find to do instead of working out and even with P90X there is still some internal 'pushing' that I have to do. Here's the thing, once you start seeing results, and you start feeling better and actually feeling stronger and being able to do some of the routines that in the beginning you were like 'how do you do THAT', THAT's where the motivation to continue working out comes from.
