Very interesting post Ron.

My list isn’t very big, but I have the information to split them into buyers or enquiries. Also the date the address is acquired, so at some stage I may decide to delete old addresses that have not responded – probably after 3 years.

Your right on with #4. Very seldom do I feel like a list owner is interested in what I have to say or think much less ask for my opinions or thoughts.
