LOVE the new look – people know instantly it’s a serious blog by a serious marketer, and one they should pay attention to!

Also, have to agree with Fred’s comment above that you need to increase the exposure for your opt-in gift – the form should be in the sidebar of every page on the blog for your reader’s convenience. I recently enlarged the opt-in gift area on http://www.captain-affiliate.com, and the results are sufficient I’m about to do the same on the rest of our blogs as well.

Again, congrats on the new theme – looking forward to reading your blog regularly!

Ron I like your new theme. Two comments though, the search box at the top is partially covered up by the red banner for email marketing made easy. The second comment is that How you get email marketing made easy is not clear. I think you would benefit by a clear call to action, button or something on it.
