Good one Ron!

You are right on!

Dedication, Commitment, and even some work (OK, so maybe a lot of work) are a necessity if you want to make your internet business work and work well.

The seminars are a fantastic way of meeting like minded people who you can get to know and become friends with and who might even be interested in a JV deal with you on future endeavors.

Ron,
Well written post. Commitment is key. Listening to the speakers in the virtual seminar (what a great program) is what is mentioned by all. Work and commitment is tyhe only way to become successful.

I tell you that little 4 letter word just keeps popping up. Must be something to it. I agree with all of your comments so far. The commitment is very important and just sticking with it. Unless we are just all whizzes or lucky the time you put in now will pay off down the line.

And attending seminars and just getting to meet face to face with people you may be following or have read about is also awesome. And yes, do can get the opportunity to meet and talk with some really big name people. I know the first seminar I attended got me hooked in this biz.

Have to really agree with you and Doug here. It is the commitment and yes that work word that are needed but seminars have been the real key.

Hopefully people take advantage of the online ones so that they can attend the off line ones. Networking and the talks in the bar and smoking area have been huge in improving my business.

Hi, Ron!

Another great post! Your comment regarding commitment & work is dead on - of all the people I've seen come and go online in my 12+ years in the biz, the ones who had the most commitment & worked both the hardest & the smartest are the ones who are still at the top of their game, still doing really well with their Internet marketing business.

It really is a case of 'when the going gets tough, the tough get busy' - and seminars are the proof of it. The biggest stars online can be seen at various live events through the year, and not just those we're speaking at - we too need to attend them to stay on top, to keep abreast of the new trends, and to meet and network with our current friends and tomorrow's partners.

Ross Goldberg's virtual seminar provides that opportunity to those who can't get to a live seminar, who live half a world away, or whose current requirements offline stop them from being able to take the time away from work and other responsibilities. And by providing the seminars in an archive as well, he's eliminated the problems caused by differing timezones and scheduling conflicts with other events online and off.

While big virtual seminars may never replace the live events for those at the top of the game, they may well be the best answer for those just starting out, as an event like Ross' provides more training and insight than a dozen products could, and Ross, bless his heart, has kept the price below that of one good e-book.

Just as we all honour Mark Hendricks for running the first big List-Building giveaway, and Jimmy D Brown for the first viral e-book, Ross now takes his place in the annals as the creator of the online virtual seminar, at least for our industry.

Ron, Good Post on the seminar that Ross is doing. I am listening to most of the sessions, just not in real time. Spend all of today in town so will have to catch on today's sessions.

I also like the way you involved W-O-R-K and commitment.
